Kelly began tattooing in Louisiana in 2002. She relocated in 2013 to Orlando, Florida and tattoos at Atomic Tattoos in the Dr. Phillips area. During her long, successful career she has mastered many styles of tattoo and especially enjoys American Traditional tattoos.
